Road Closures in Alanya: October 24–26 for Triathlon Championship

Today, October 24, marks the start of the 34th Alanya Triathlon Championship and the 2025 Paratriathlon World Cup. Drivers, take note — traffic is restricted, and parking is prohibited along the race routes!

🛑 Road closures include:
▪️ Atatürk Monument area
▪️ Mola Junction
▪️ Grand Kaptan Hotel vicinity
▪️ Coastal road (both directions)
▪️ İskele Street
▪️ Villa Okan Monument (south side)

📱 Additionally, the area behind the old town hall and Galip Dere Beach are reserved for swimming events — traffic will be limited.

⏱️ Closure schedule:
Friday, October 24: 10:00 – 16:00
Saturday, October 25: 04:00 – 18:00
Sunday, October 26: 04:00 – 18:30

🚗 Important reminders:

  • Do not park vehicles on race routes.

  • Use alternative roads whenever possible.

  • Parking in restricted zones is strictly prohibited.

👮‍♂️ Alanya Police Chief Mustafa Hilmi Özgenül urges residents to respect the temporary restrictions for the safety of participants and to maintain public order.
