📌 Key Requirements for the D7 Visa
To apply, Turkish citizens must:
- Provide proof of passive income of at least €870 / month
- Open a bank account in Portugal and obtain a NIF tax number
- Submit a rental contract or property ownership documents in Portugal
- Provide a clean criminal record certificate
- Obtain health insurance with coverage of €30,000 or more

📍 Application Process
The procedure consists of two stages:
1️⃣ Submission in Türkiye
Applicants must file their documents via the:
- Portuguese Consulate in Türkiye, or
- Accredited agency AS Visa
Once approved, applicants receive a national visa allowing entry into Portugal for residency procedures.
2️⃣ Residence Permit in Portugal
The first residence permit is issued for 2 years, followed by a 3-year extension.
