Turkey is to move to 5G
According to Mr. Sayan, Turkish authorities want to apply 4.5G technology immediately in order to move to 5G in time. Thus, it is planned to successfully jump over the period of 4G in the country. Even in April 2015, the Turkish President suggested to omit all intermediate stages and move from 3G to 5G. “While we are engaged in 4G distribution, 5G will actively exist in the whole world. We shall arm ourselves with patience and use 3G for several years to move to 5G. Don’t doubt, Turkey will be able to do it”, - said Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
