The property prices are rising 20% in Izmir

The biggest price rise in property is observed where the ranking of cities in the world is made.

Experts of the international consulting company compiled a report on the Global Residential Cities (GRCI), which recorded an increase in the cost of housing. 150 cities of the world made a presence in the report. The second place in the ranking after the Icelandic Reykjavik, is the Turkish city İzmir.  The prices increased in Izmir 19.8% from the third quarter of 2016 to the third quartIr of 2017.

And also, for example, the capital city of Turkey, Ankara, occupied 36th position, the prices increased 7.6%. The prices grew even less in Istanbul with a 6 and a half percent.

Recall ; Izmir is the third largest city in Turkey, whose population is about three million people.
