Turkey is the champion in real estate prices rating
Turkey occupied the first line in the global rating for real estate prices. The analysis was made by Knight Frank Company which is one of the greatest consulting organizations in the world. The study showed that the cost of apartments in the South Republic increased by 18% in 2015. This figure is several time higher than in any other countries.
Thus, for example, prices in New Zeeland increased by 14.2%, in Sweden – by 12.3%. At the same time purchase of apartments in Ukraine and Greece turned out to be unprofitable. The prices there dropped by 12% and 5%, accordingly. In general, world indicators for real estate prices increased per year by 3% and apartments appreciated in value only in 43 countries among 55 ones analyzed by Knight Frank.
