Turkish authorities are paying for the advertising of the country

Turkey supports the companies that advertise Turkish goods and services.

According to the Minister of Economy of Turkey, Nihat Zeybekci, the authorities cover up to 70% of the budget of commercials, provided that they are shown abroad and they advertise products or services by domestic companies.

Also, Zeybekci mentioned that the state will cover part of the cost of shooting documentary films and programs that are shot in Turkey and talk about the country.

"We are extremely interested in a quality presentation of our country, in all areas: Culture, Education, Tourism, Medicine, and others. We will support those who talk about Turkey," The head of the department said.
