More than 38 thousands of work permits were issued in Turkey for half a year

More than 38 thousands of work permits were issued in Turkey for half a year
It is not a problem for a foreigner to find a job in Turkey. For six months of the year 2016 foreigners were given 38 thousands of work permits. This indicated the Turkish employers’ interest to hire citizens of other countries.
Even in 2010 the number of issued permits made a little more than 14 000. Turkish Labour Ministry also published data on ethnic background of citizens received employment visas.

The top three nationalities are Syrians, Georgians and citizens of Ukraine. Also Russians, Uzbeks, citizens of Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and even China received employment visas in 2016. Women make almost a half of the people received work permit.
