Turkey will study the psychology of aviation

In Turkey, the Institute of Research in the Psychology of Aviation will be the first in the country. The documents on its establishment were recently signed by the Istanbul University, on the basis of which it will be established, and the Turkish Airlines, which was the initiator of the project.

"It is a great honor for our company and our country. To increase the efficiency of work and work safety, for the more careful selection of candidates, this program has been created, "said Bilal Akshi, General Director of Turkish Airlines.

Let's note that Turkish Airlines planes fly to 121 countries of the world. Every year the company recruits about 500 new employees.

Note: The psychology of aviation is a branch of psychology that appeared in the early 20th century. Science helps to better understand what is happening with the human psyche in pressure drops and regular flights, requiring responsibility, concentration and quick decisions. Aviation psychology also solves practical questions, helping to select candidates for aviation specialists.
