Turkey will simplify the rules of purchasing and selling cars

Purchasing and selling a car will be easier, faster and more convenient in Turkey.

According to a report that was published in the Official Paper of the Government of Turkey (Resmi Gazete), some functions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkey, which concerns the registration of cars, can be performed by notaries now.

In particular, notaries are given the right to register cars for sale and purchase transactions, as well as the transfer of cars to other people's property through donation.

In addition, notaries will have full information about fines, which can be paid in the same place. They can also get documents for the car, including cars, imported from abroad.

Within the next six months, the system will be debugged, then registration of transport will be placed at the disposal of the Union of Notaries of Turkey.
