Turkey once again ranked first in the world in the growth of real estate prices

Turkey is the world leader among other countries in the growth in real estate prices. These data were published after a study conducted by the British company, Knight Frank, engaged in analysis of the real estate market and construction investment. New Zealand turned out to be on the second line. Last year real estate prices in Turkey rose by 19% and for the first months of 2016 - by 14%.

The results of the executed studies are published by Knight Frank every 4 months. And Turkey is for the second time on the first line in the list of 55 companies in the growth of prices for apartments and villas. And despite the fact that the price growth has slightly slowed, Turkey is still sitting tightly.
