In the Oba district, at the heart of Alanya, a major step forward is underway in the luxury tourism sector; the countdown has begun for the construction of a multi-billion-lira complex that will replace the existing villas.

A large-scale hotel project worth 2.25 billion Turkish Lira, to be developed by Sadullahoğlu Tourism, aims to revitalize Alanya’s tourism sector. The five-star complex, built on a huge plot of 18,000 square meters, will host 249 rooms with 498 beds.
After obtaining the necessary permits from the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, the project will begin with the demolition of existing villas in the area.
Construction Details and Employment
The seven-story building, notable for its modern architecture, will have a vast internal area of approximately 57,000 square meters. The investment will create 50 jobs during construction, and after opening, it is expected to provide employment for 300 people.
Construction is planned to be completed in a short period – 24 months. This project will transform the appearance of Oba and generate billions of lira in additional revenue for Alanya’s economy.
