Antalya is developing bicycle tourism

In the province of Antalya, special attention will be given to bicycle tourism. It is an excellent way to explore various attractions and spend time in a wonderful and productive manner. The province has many cycling routes, and there are plans to create even more.

In 2020, the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism initiated the 'Bicycle Friendly Facility' program, designed to attract cycling enthusiasts to tourist cities and regions. The initiative sets specific criteria for hotels to enhance the comfort of cyclists, including parking spaces, repair and washing zones for bicycles, special menus for athletes in hotel restaurants, and more.

Currently, there are 58 certified hotels in the country that are part of the program, with 31 of them located in Antalya. These hotels provide the most comfortable conditions for vacations with a 'steel steed.' It is expected that this year bicycle tourism will become even more popular, and tens of thousands of cycling tourists will come to Antalya.

In the province of Antalya, we offer all types of real estate. Living in Antalya, you can improve your health with daily bike rides along the promenades: all cities in the province have specially equipped bicycle paths.
