There will be ferries from Turkey to North Cyprus

It is planned to launch several more ferry lines to North Cyprus in Summer this year.

According to Fikri Ataoglu, the Minister of Tourism of Northern Cyprus (TSCC), there will be two possible lines to launch the ferries: Alanya – Kyrenia, and Antalya – Kyrenia is being considered.

The first ferry will depart at the end of May from Alanya. The information on Antalya is not specified yet. Note that the journey time on a comfortable ferry from Alanya to Kyrenia will take 2.5 hours, and Antalya will be 4.5 hours.

Ferries will be able to transport up to 400 people at a time and will cruise three times a week.

Recall that, at the moment, North Cyprus can be reached from Mersin and also, Starting from May 18th, a ferry service will be launched from the city of Tashuju (Silifke).
