There are fewer traffic jams in Istanbul

At the moment, it is easier to drive on the highways of the largest Turkish city.

The value of the traffic index decreased in the last few years by 17%. Experts attribute this to the fact that many new routes and junctions have appeared in the city. For example, the tunnel "Eurasia" and the bridge of Sultan Selim Yavuz were opened, which significantly relieved the flow of vehicles in several territories.

Also, the improvements have already started in the road conditions for motorists, and it will continue. In addition, most of the attention is paid to public transports, authorities call for the more active use of metro and metro buses to reduce the load on roads and not stand in kilometer-long traffic jams.
