The cost of TAPU (title deed) is updated, Turkey 2018

Now, you will pay less for the registration of title deed in the Republic of Turkey. The cabinet of Ministers adopted a corresponding resolution the other day, which was published in the Official Newspaper of the Government.

The cost of the title deed was reduced from 4% to 3% of the cadastral value of the property. The discount will be valid until October 31st,2018.

Recall that title deed is a certificate that confirms the ownership of real estate, the main document of the owner in Turkey. TAPU (title deed) is issued in the Cadaster Office, the document indicates all the data of the property.
