Residence permit in Alanya are issued for two years

There is great news for Alanya residents and property owners in the resort city. Department of Foreign affairs has begun to issue a residence permit for two years. Until recently, it was unclear how it would be possible to issue a document on long-term residence, as far as almost all insurance companies draw up policies valid for only 1 year. The ikamet may be issued only until the validity period of the insurance policy.
The problem has been solved now. In order to get a two-year residence permit, you need only mention an additional item in the questionnaire that you are applying for the ikamet registration for two years. At the rendezvous you will be given a paper that says that you send a copy of the new insurance policy to the specified address, not later than 15 days after the validity period of the first insurance. It is necessary to sign it and deliver with all other documents.
