Property sales to the foreigners are increasing again
According to the Turkish analysts, who summed up the first month of 2016, property sales to the foreigners are rising again. The indicators are impressive - in the January of 2016, 1462 properties have been sold to the foreign buyers. This is almost 13.5% more than in January 2015. By the way, just in the past month 84,556 Tapu documents has been issued (documents proving ownership).
In the first place in the chart of top 5 countries – Iraq, 308 objects, 136 houses have been purchased by the citizens of Saudi Arabia, 134 - Kuwait and 106 objects were purchased by Russian citizens. The most popular cities remain Istanbul and Antalya.
