Preparation for the creation of the first Turkish car is in full swing

The preparations continue for the creation of the first domestic car in the Republic of Turkey. A few days ago, a Turkish car production company was established in the country. The new enterprise "Türkiye'nin Otomobili Girişim Grubu Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ" was created jointly by several companies coordinated by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology.

The head of the company is the businessman, Mehmet Karatas.

The work on the creation of the first domestic car is almost done. Now, the machine is in the design stage. The prototype is planned to be presented to the public at the beginning of next year. And by 2024, it is planned to establish the production of Turkish cars on an industrial scale.
