Over 9,750 New Companies Established in Türkiye in September

Türkiye recorded a total of 9,759 newly established companies in September 2025, according to data released Friday by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB).
This figure represents a 4.7% decline compared to September 2024, when 10,243 companies were launched. However, on a monthly basis, company formations increased by 6%, rising from 9,210 in August.
Company Closures

3,090 companies were liquidated in September, down 1.4% year-on-year.

Compared to August’s 2,710 closures, this marks a 14% monthly increase.
Performance in the First Nine Months of 2025
From January to September, Türkiye saw:

80,983 new companies established, slightly down 1.1% compared to the same period in 2024.

22,367 companies liquidated, reflecting a 6.1% annual increase.
Companies with Foreign Partnership
In September alone, 833 companies were founded with foreign partners, including:
