14.02.12 TRT HABER (News channel of Turkish Radio and Television Institute) has broadcasted an agenda about

Theme of "real estate to foreigners", which was developed in recent years and is one of the most important sectors of the region, was the subject of a channel TRT HABER (TRT News).

President of the Chamber of Commerce for Alanya city, (ALTSO) Mr. Kerim Aydogan and President of the Union of Contractors, MUTBIR, Mr. Alaattin Cakir took part in filming of "Gündem" programme (Agenda) in 31 January 2012 at 11:35. The anchorman of the program was Mrs. Ozlem Pirim and the programme was taken in Harbour Restaurant which is located in one of the most beautiful and historic parts of Alanya.Special guests attended to the programme. Russian national, Mrs. Yulia Shishova, who has been living in Turkey for five years in our town and has acquired a real estate here also participated as the guest. On this program ALTSO President Kerim Aydogan and President MUBIR Alaattin Cakir, expressed their views on the changes of the legislation which is going to be executed in February. Mr. Aydogan and Mr. Cakir noted the positive impact that might happen, in the event of cancellation of the reciprocity principle in acquisition of the real estate by foreign nationals. This situation will provide more income for our region and in the country. Mr. Aydogan and Mr. Cakir stated that selling Turkish real estate to non residents not only effect the economy but also effect and develop social and culture life.
