Turkish real estate is more actively purchasing by foreigners

Foreign buyers purchased 8097 houses in Turkey for the first nine month of 2015. It is 19% higher than for the same period of the last year.

Large Turkish cities and resort nearshore districts such as Istanbul, Antalya, Bursa, are still the most in-demand by international byers of Turkish real estate.

546 houses and apartments were sold to foreigners in Antalya only in May.

The Investors Association of Turkey (GYODER) predicts that the year of 2015 can be a peak year: not less than 1.2 million of houses will be sold. And sales targets are now realizing.

Herewith, across the board in the country, for the first four months of the current year sales of real estate with attraction of mortgage loans increased significantly, almost twofold, in comparison with the same period in 2014.

According to analyses, even in case of some slow in sales in the last period due to national elections held in the country, holy month of Ramadan and increase of mortgage rates, the tendencies to the general increase in Turkish real estate sales are obvious.
