New Video Shows Person in Orange on Epstein's Floor
New Video Footage in the Jeffrey Epstein Case
Newly released video footage related to the night of billionaire Jeffrey Epstein’s death has once again stirred public opinion in the United States and beyond. According to the latest materials, on the night when Epstein—accused of running a network for the sexual exploitation of minors—allegedly took his own life in prison, cameras recorded a person in an orange outfit heading toward his cell.
An analytical report prepared with the support of experts from the U.S. television network CBS refers to new documents from the U.S. Department of Justice. These documents state that on the night of Epstein’s death, another person was present on the floor where his cell was located—a fact that contradicts previous official reports.
A Person in Orange Was Recorded
The investigation materials state:
Inspectors reviewing surveillance footage from the night of Jeffrey Epstein’s death recorded that on August 9, 2019, at approximately 10:39 p.m., an orange object was moving up the stairs to the isolated and locked floor where his cell was located.
This moment became key, as it had previously been claimed that no one other than guards entered the floor during that time.
“It Could Be a Convicted Inmate”
FBI reports state:
Experts emphasize that such wording points to previously undisclosed information and directly contradicts the conclusions of the Department of Justice inspectors. The new data raise additional questions about what exactly was happening on the floor late that night.
Guards Were Never Asked About It
The Department of Justice, analyzing video from the same time period, concluded that an “unidentified” prison staff member may have been carrying orange bedding or a set of supplies. However, when comparing the reports of the Department of Justice and the FBI, it emerged that on-duty staff on the night of Epstein’s death were never questioned about the person in orange captured on video.
The Guard on Duty Was Questioned
The documents also mention that the guard on duty on the floor where Epstein’s cell was located, Tova Noel, was questioned back in 2019. The reason was a discrepancy in the inmate count: at one point during the night, there was one fewer inmate.
Noel stated that she likely made an error, recording 72 inmates instead of 73 between 10:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m., and does not recall the moment when the number changed.
One Camera Was Not Working
Former FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino claimed in an interview with Fox News last summer that on the night of Epstein’s death, no one other than a guard was on the floor and that the “recordings are absolutely clear.”
At the same time, it is known that the only camera that was recording was positioned in a way that did not fully cover the staircase leading to Epstein’s cell. Another camera reportedly was not recording at all that night.
Key Detail: Surveillance coverage was incomplete at a critical moment.
A Suspicious Death Remains in Focus
The new images related to Jeffrey Epstein’s death, rather than resolving questions, have only intensified doubts about the official version of events. The death of a man convicted of involving minors in prostitution remains one of the most discussed and controversial topics in the United States.
The billionaire’s younger brother, Mark Epstein, has long been convinced that his brother was murdered, and believes the new data only further support this theory.
Summary: Newly released footage and documents contradict the official narrative of Epstein's suicide, showing an unidentified person in orange on the restricted floor and revealing gaps in the investigation and surveillance.
