New construction rules appeared in Istanbul

New rules of the construction sector have been introduced in the Turkish city Istanbul.

The other day, a message about this was published in the Official Gazete (Newspaper) of the Government. Now, according to the new rules of the metropolis, all the buildings with floors higher than four or more must be equipped with elevators.

In addition, developers can receive construction permits only if there is a plan for the development of infrastructure in the area of the proposed development. Residential complexes and detached houses will have to fit into the overall concept of the district in such a way that the development will look holistic and harmonious.

The new rules in the Regulations of the development of Istanbul have already entered into force.
