The Middle East conflict is rapidly escalating: explosions reported in Iran, Israel launches large-scale attacks on Lebanon.

Explosions in Tehran and Karaj
Last night, powerful explosions were reported in Iran's capital Tehran and in the city of Karaj. Official sources have not yet released full details on the extent of damage or possible casualties.
Meanwhile, the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) released footage of airstrikes on Iranian military planes and drones, indicating ongoing aerial operations.
Israel strikes Lebanon
Overnight, Israel carried out strikes on Lebanese territory. In the morning, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) issued a warning about potential attacks on more than 50 villages and towns in southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley.
Residents of the affected areas are instructed to evacuate their homes immediately.
Following the threat, thousands of residents from southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley have begun moving north. A large-scale internal migration of civilians is underway.
Statement from Israeli Command
“Hezbollah preferred the Iranian regime over the Lebanese state and attacked our citizens. We were prepared for this, and they will pay a heavy price.”
This statement was made by Major General Rafi Milo, commander of the Northern Front of the Israeli army. According to him, the first large wave of attacks has already begun in Beirut and southern Lebanon, targeting senior Hezbollah leaders, headquarters, and military infrastructure.
Israel also announced a significant reinforcement of its forces along the Lebanese border and promised to intensify its strikes further.
Reports of F-15 fighter jet shot down
The Iranian agency IRNA reported that an American F-15 fighter was shot down over Kuwaiti territory. According to the agency, the pilot successfully ejected before the plane crashed.
No official confirmation from the United States has been released regarding this information.
Iran reports death of seven commanders

The news agency Tasnim published a second statement from the “Defense and Resistance Values Protection and Dissemination Foundation,” part of Iran’s General Staff structure.
Those reported killed in the U.S. and Israeli attacks include:
- Major General Mohammad Shirazi — Secretary General of the Leader’s Office;
- Major General Akbar Ebrahimzadeh — Deputy Head of the Office;
- Mohseni Motlaq — Head of the Planning and Operations Department of the General Staff;
- Major General Saleh Asadi — Deputy Chief of the Intelligence Directorate;
- Gholamreza Rezayan — Head of Law Enforcement Intelligence;
- Major General Hasan Ali Tajik — Head of the General Staff Training Department;
- Major General Mohsen Darrehbaghi — Deputy Chief of Training and Logistics of the Armed Forces.
The situation in the region remains extremely tense. Military operations continue, and the risk of further escalation persists.
