Mahmutlar district will become more prestigious and luxurious

Mahmutlar district of Alanya will become more prestigious and luxurious area in Alanya. Government is planning to develop this unique, close to the Mediterranean Sea coast area. During past years this district was most popular due to the new residential complexes with enormous infrastructure. Right now the front beach line is completely covered by the hotels or older type buildings. Already no demolition of the older type buildings has already started and active construction works for changing the image of the streets in general. Plan is to remove from the coast line old buildings, which do not match the new image of the district and make the coast line more spacious, that would provide better appearance and sea views.
Locals are saying that they have never seen so massive demolitions and improvements like this!
Governor of Alanya noticed that within couple of years Mahmutlar will become one of the international modern resort districts for the permanent residents and new guests of Alanya. It is predicted, that development will make real estate market of Mahmutlar as attractive as Tosmur and Kestel. Most of the hotels on the front beach line will be replaced by the new modern residential complexes.
