Kazakhstan takes an example from Turkey

This year, ten power plants that operate on renewable energy sources (RES) are planned to be commissioned in Kazakhstan. In the near future, a tender will be announced for companies from different countries that will implement renewable energy projects in the republic.
According to Deputy Energy Minister of Kazakhstan Gani Sadibekov, by 2030 the share of renewable energy sources will reach 30% of the country.
Let’s note that, at the moment Kazakhstan has five power stations working on the basis of RES are operating.
In this sense, Kazakhstan takes over the positive experience of Turkey, in which there are more and more power stations working with wind, water, and sun.
This is economical, safe, and most importantly, it does not damage the environment.
