Turkey Minimum Wage 2026 – Net Salary, Taxes & Employer Cost

The Turkish authorities have approved a new minimum wage level for 2026. The decision was made following the final meeting of the relevant commission. The increase amounts to 27% and will affect not only employees’ incomes, but also social benefits, contributions, and internship payments.
