- New Base Exchange Rate: 25.3346 Turkish lira (compared to 21.6721 lira in 2025).
- Price Protection Threshold: Medicines covered by price protection will have a new threshold of 87.34 lira.
- General Medicine Threshold: Other medicines will be set at 45.64 lira.
