Medication prices have changed in Turkey

Medication prices have changed in Turkey

The Turkish Ministry of Health has introduced a new drug pricing review system to ensure that pharmacies do not lose profits due to fluctuations in the euro exchange rate. From now on, each currency update will take pharmacy profitability into account.

According to the new regulations, the following markup levels have been introduced:
? Up to 328 TL – 28%
? 328–657 TL – 18%
? Above 657 TL – 13%

Thanks to these changes, pharmacists will be able to offset price increases and avoid financial losses.
