Gazipasa airport began to accommodate big planes

Gazipasa airport began to accommodate big planes
Big planes began to land in Gazipasa airport, Alanya. Recently, Scandinavian Airbus A321 landed here. The jetliner with tourists arrived from Copenhagen.

Airbus A321 is the largest plane from Airbuses 320 series family. It is designed for 220 seats of economy class.

The new landing strip that was opened just recently enables to accommodate such big jetliners. Now planes of any type can land here. This is very important for travelers who plan their rest in Antalya as you it takes just half an hour to reach the resort from the airport.
Now the landing strip of Gazipasa airport is 45 meters width-wise and 2350 meters lengthwise that enables to accommodate here not only Airbuses but also Boings. Currently, 13 air companies from 24 cities in 9 different countries perform flights to the airport near Alanya.
