Foreigners began to purchase hotels and offices in Turkey more often

The real estate market in Turkey is a new trend. Foreign citizens massively purchase the commercial real estate. Last year, the number of objects that were purchased by citizens of foreign countries for the purpose of earning increased at times.

Most of the purchase was for hotels, offices, shops, and cafes and the purchase was mostly in Istanbul, Izmir, and Antalya.

The increased demand is caused by the economic growth of Turkey, with favorable prices for facilities, as well as simple and transparent tax burdens, which is incidentally the same for both local and foreign citizens.

Experts say that foreign investors earn well on the commercial real estate by renting it out.
