Erdogan: "Women are the ornament of life"

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan congratulated all women on March 8.

The message was published on the official website of the head of the Turkish state.

In particular, Erdogan stated that Turkey does not accept and opposes gender inequality.

"Our culture teaches that a man and a woman are two sides of the same coin. We will take all steps to ensure that the woman does not feel infringed in her rights, both civil and universal, "the Turkish leader said.
