Antalya will host an exhibition of unique photos by Yıldız Moran

The opening of the exhibition is on February 10, where the works of the first female photographer of Turkey, Yıldız Moran will be presented.

Moran is a world famous photographer; she was born in Istanbul in 1932 (passed in 1995). And she became the first Turkish woman who received an academic education in the art field. Moran studied with the famous photographer John Vickers. And her first personal exhibition was in Cambridge. Then, the works were exhibited in many cities of the world and now her best works will be presented in the homeland of Moran, Turkey.

Photos for the exhibition were selected from 8 thousand negatives. You can look at the unique pictures from the middle of the last century in the Antalya Culture and Art Gallery (Antalya Kültür Sanat Galerisi).
