Antalya takes the second place for the sale of real estate to foreigners

Foreigners usually prefer purchasing properties in Istanbul, Antalya, and Bursa in Turkey. These three cities are leading in the terms of the number of objects sold to foreigners over the past year.

In total, citizens of other countries purchased more than 22 thousand real estate objects in 2017, and almost every third of them was purchased in the main Turkish metropolis. 4.707 properties were purchased in Antalya, and almost one and a half thousand properties were purchased in Bursa.

The most active buyers of Turkish real estate are the citizens of Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. The Russians last year "pushed" the citizens of Afghanistan, taking fourth place. This year, it is projected to continue the increase in the volume of sales of real estate, as well as the growth of prices for it.
