Almost 59 thousand foreign companies operate in Turkey

Over the past year, the number of companies with foreign capital has increased by more than 6% in Turkey. In total, according to the data of 2017, almost 59 thousand companies operate in the republic, and 6 thousand were created last year.

More than 22.5 thousand companies are organized with the participation of EU countries. Most of these are from Germany and the Middle East.

According to the Ministry of Economy of Turkey, the number of companies from Africa and Asia has also sharply increased in recent years.

Turkey is very attractive from this point of view caused by the facts that the tax rates are low, business schemes are simple and it’s a great place to invest.
