7 new airports will appear in Turkey

Until 2023, seven new airports will be built and put into operation in Turkey. In particular, there will be the Artvin Rize Airport, the Yozgat Airport, the Nigde-Aksaray Airport, the Karaman Airport, the Western Antalya Airport, the Bayburt- Gumuskhan Airport and the Cesme-Alacati Airport.

In April this year, an airport will be built in the western province of Izmir by a private company. The location of the construction has already been chosen: the town of Çeşme, which is a favorite vacation spot for tourists.

It should be noted that at the moment, flights to 300 airports of other countries are carried out from Turkish airports. And also, the number of passengers is increasing every year.
