+5 million tourists, something Antalya has not seen

+5 million tourists, something Antalya has not seen

The Turkish province of Antalya set a record this year.

The tourist flow to the resorts continues to increase. As of early July, the number of tourists who visited Antalya has exceeded the bar of 5 million people. And this is even more than the number of tourists who visited the province in 2014. By the way, in the same period of last year, Antalya guested one million fewer tourists.

Therefore, a new historical record was established for the tourist flow in the Antalya coast.

As noted in the government of Turkey, such results have surpassed even the most daring forecasts that were given last year. Also, Antalya is still expected to have a few more peaks of tourism activity: being August, before the beginning of a new school year, and the "velvet season" in September.
