Alanya is a unique city according to its location. Here you can see both winter and summer on one day. While there are snowfalls in the central part of Turkey in December, the daytime temperature on the Alanya coast rises up to 20 degrees. Many holiday-makers swim in the sea and sunbath. The water temperature is still kept at the level of +21 – +22 degrees. Autumn comes in Alanya in the evening, it becomes noticeably cooler. And morning is like spring when the tender sun peeps out and everything is illuminated by its bright light. Just in 40-50 kilometers from the city center the mountains are covered with snow. “White caps” of the mountains can be enjoyed straight from the beach, just an hour car ride and you can play snowballs.
