10 years – 10 million properties / Turkey

Over the past ten years, nearly 10 million properties have been sold in Turkey. Istanbul takes the sales lead. Over the past decade, nearly 2 million sales transactions have been made in this city. And at the same time, almost half a million real estate was purchased in Antalya.

According to the Institute of Statistics of Turkey (TÜİK), there is an enviable stability in the sector: in all both political and economic circumstances, apartments and villas in the country are in constant demand between local residents and foreigners.

At the same time, recently, citizens of other countries began to choose a property in small settlements regularly, such as in Alanya. Experts attribute this to the fact that the property there is cheaper, and the infrastructure is not worse than the big cities.
