Summer 2026 in Turkey: Tour Prices, Deals & Real Estate Options
The latest March monitoring of summer tour prices to Turkey showed mixed trends. Compared to February, the cost of June departures increased by an average of 1.5%, although prices at some hotels actually decreased. However, compared to March last year, vacations at Turkish resorts are still cheaper.
The analytical service of ATOR conducted a new measurement of package tour prices to Turkey in mid-March for the summer season - from June to September. The analysis included tours for two people for 10 nights with all-inclusive meals and direct flights.
Summer Turkey in March is still cheaper than last year
The main reason to book a summer tour now is the comparison with last year. Despite gradual price increases as the season approaches (January offers were noticeably cheaper), tour prices in general remain lower than in March 2025.
The median price ratio of March 2026 to March 2025 is 0.965. This means that, on average, package tours to Turkey are now 3.5% cheaper than a year ago.
The study examined 21 popular hotels. Prices decreased in 12 of them over the year, while in 9 they increased. The range was significant: from a 40% drop to about a 21% rise.
Why prices decreased
As of March 15, 2026, the exchange rate to the euro for tour operators was around 97.8 RUB. A year ago, the rate was almost the same, so currency had no impact on price reductions.
Two main factors currently affect summer tour prices — caution from Turkish hoteliers due to developments in the Middle East and competition among tour operators trying to attract early demand.
Some tour operators set minimal margins or even partially subsidize transportation to stimulate early bookings.
Price changes over the past month
Comparing March data with February shows that prices are gradually increasing as the summer season approaches, but the growth is moderate.
The median price increase for June departures compared to February was about 1.5%. Out of 21 hotels in the standard sample:
- 13 hotels saw price increases;
- 7 hotels saw decreases;
- 1 hotel remained almost unchanged.
Among the hotels with the highest price increases are several on popular resorts. Meanwhile, some hotels became cheaper due to demand adjustments or special promotions.
Where prices decreased
The most notable price decreases were recorded in several hotels where March rates were lower than February.
- Serenis Resort — about 22% decrease
- Caretta Relax Hotel — about 5%
- Ulusoy Kemer Holiday Club — about 4.5%
- Rubi Hotel — about 3.5%
- Spice Hotel & SPA — about 3%
This means that in some cases, tourists who booked in March could even save compared to those who booked in February.
How prices change by month
Vacation costs in Turkey depend not only on hotel category but also on the month of travel.
- July is on average 4.5% more expensive than June.
- August is about 1.2% more expensive than July.
- September is on average 4.5% cheaper than June.
This confirms the traditional high season pattern: peak prices are in July and August, while September remains one of the most affordable months to travel.
The Turkish "shoulder season" often turns out to be the most cost-effective option — prices are lower, and the weather remains comfortable for vacations.
All-inclusive tour prices for summer 2026
As of mid-March, minimum prices for 10-night package tours with direct flights for two people are approximately:
- 3–4* hotels — from 140–170 thousand RUB
- 4–5* hotels — about 170–230 thousand RUB
- Premium 5* — from 230–350 thousand RUB and above
The final price depends on the resort, room category, departure date, and hotel class.
Is it worth booking now
Experts believe that March remains one of the last periods for advantageous early booking. Although prices are gradually rising, they are still below last year's levels.
As summer approaches, the number of available rooms, especially family categories, decreases, and the remaining offers may become more expensive.
Additionally, early booking often comes with convenient payment terms: a small initial payment now and final settlement 10–20 days before departure.
Thus, June and September remain the most budget-friendly months for Turkey in summer 2026, and March is one of the most convenient periods to book a tour under favorable conditions.
Tour operators also offer flexible payment terms — a small deposit upfront and final payment closer to departure.
