Villas in Turkey – only for summers, or winters as well?

For the majority of people modern Turkey associates only with the bright summer sun, hot days, a hot sandy beach and temperamental nights under the star sky. Only few remember that in this country still there is also a winter - time when vanity of a resort season comes to an end, winter inter-season period begins.
And meanwhile the Turkish winter isn't so similar to roast habitual for us and cheerful summer. In certain regions of Turkey snow drops out, in some areas there are almost pouring rains, and almost in all Turkish districts summer violence of paints is replaced with a sad winter landscape. However life in Turkey doesn't fade at all in the winter, it only simply changes according to a season.
Everything who already got houses, villas in Turkey and who lives in this country constantly, are perfectly familiar with features of local climate. Believe it or not, they don't consider the Turkish winter as a boring and cold season. It is most likely the only alternative to respite from a summer heat. And even the Turkish winter doesn't lose the charm.
We – RestProperty – are ready to proclaim that villas in Turkey are a popular all-weather real estate. For this reason many Europeans (and Russians too) so actively try to acquire real estate here.
Even those who acquired housing are using it during a summer resort season, don't want to leave the apartment, or villa in the winter, in inter-season period. Certainly, it is necessary to reckon with climatic features of the Turkish winter. But precisely you shouldn't be afraid of the Turkish winter because even in the northern cities of the country (Istanbul, for example) mountain areas and in rural areas where winters stay snowy, all at home and villas in Turkey are adapted for lowered temperatures, heavy rains and winds. All of them are constructed taking this season into account.
