Why does demand for apartments continue to grow in Turkey?

Despite financial crisis in the world, the market of real estate didn't stop in the development. It actively continues to function. Certainly, world crisis couldn't touch the market of real estate at all: the prices, quality and number of offered apartments, houses, etc. change. A years more about seven years ago to anybody to mind wouldn't come that the one-room apartment in Moscow can be more expensive, than a capacious country house on the seashore in Greece or in Turkey. However a today's picture such is...
In many countries sale of houses and apartments at cut prices is carried out – the similar step is urged to raise a little at least economic indicators in the country and not to allow the market of real estate became paralysed.
Perhaps, the most striking example of these processes is Turkey. The country government in quality, a so-called, anti-recessionary measure decided to choose housing sale at cut prices. That is why during crisis level of the general demand for houses, apartments (and not only in resort zones) strongly increased in Turkey. And who makes nearly a half of new buyers? Certainly, it is citizens of the Russian Federation.
Today the Turkish real estate is regarded by Russians not only as very favorable investment of money (for example, for subsequent resale or letting) but also as a place for a constant residence – more than 8% of citizens of Russia remain to live in Turkey.
This fact isn't so surprising because the prices of nonfoods and products in Turkey are lower than the Moscow. Investing in country house acquisition, at home, apartments in Turkey and having leased the apartments, it is possible to receive a decent rent which will allow to live in any region of Turkey without any constraint.
