What's affecting property prices?

For rather small cost (if compared to other the countries of Europe) you can buy villas, apartments in Turkey with good finish and with high level of service in any housing estate.

First, this distance from the sea, and also distance from the downtown. Clear business that apartment cost in Turkey which windows come directly to French riviera of the sea, will be much more expensive that that is located somewhere on other end of the city. and here in Alania the meter square will cost only 600-1500 euros.

Thirdly, the cost of acquired real estate depends on existence and features of infrastructure.

Fourthly, you shouldn't forget about personal preferences of the buyer. One likes spacious apartments, another places emphasis on existence of a big balcony with a brazier.
