Turkish building companies in Russia
Turks are able to build. Build much. And not only in the country. The Turkish civil engineering firms, having begun nearly half a century back foreign activities in Libya, today implement hundreds projects in tens countries of Europe, Asia and Africa. In the list of the largest builders of the world which annually publishes the authoritative Engineering News Record (ENR) magazine in the construction industry, 33 Turkish real estate development companies. Turkish companies: RÖNESANS, POLİMEKS, ÇALIK ENERJ İ, TEKFEN, GAMA, ENKA, ANTYAPI, TAV and YÜKSEL İNŞAAT are included in the list of the best companies of the world!
As for the Russian market, about activities scale on it the Turkish builders speak not only the list of the objects built by them, in which plant buildings, offices, objects of the social sphere, the airports, tourist hotels, malls, systems of city water utilities, highways, residential buildings and complexes. But also that fact that the Turkish companies actively and successfully cooperate with the Russian state, regional, private organizations and structures. The Turkish investors not simply are engaged in construction, they invest means in industry development, in development of the territories.
In particular, the Russian side shows big interest in activities of the Turkish entrepreneurs on creation in the territory of Russia of the entities on production of construction materials, especially with use of new technologies and methods of the organization of production processes. While the Turkish companies show a great interest to joint activities with Fund of the development of housing construction (DHC).
At the MIPIM-2013 exhibition the Memorandum of understanding between RZhS Fund and the Turkish company "System Development" was signed. The Turkish bank ISbank, the companies Yenigun, Agaoglu, Eroglu other also expressed interest in participation in RZhS Fund auctions. These auctions are carried out concerning 33 parcels of land in the Russian regions, that number, in the territory by Nova Moskvy near Vatutinki, Marushkinskoye's settlement, ONO OPH of "Tolstopaltsevo", and also in St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk and Nizhny Novgorod areas, Primorye and other regions. According to the head of RZhS Fund A. Braverman, in these projects certainly the wide experience of major Turkish civil engineering firms is demanded. "Besides, the cooperation with the Turkish companies in financial sector, namely with the Turkish banks is interesting to us. Integrated approach to development of sites of fund for us is a priority", - Mr. Braverman declared.
It is very indicative that professionalism of the Turkish builders note not only business partners, but also ordinary inhabitants of the Russian cities in whom the Turkish real estate development companies work. Speed of construction and quality of objects, accuracy of builders and purity of building sites and the nearby territories – the conventional distinctive qualities of work of the Turkish real estate development companies.
