The second question interesting us is a registration of real estate abroad. Certainly, upon apartment purchase you should pass a number of procedures in Turkey and to prepare necessary papers, but as a whole all this won't be more difficult, than apartment purchase in Russia. Perhaps, the biggest plus of purchase of housing in comparison with many other countries is in Turkey that neither to you, nor your relatives don't need the visa. In the country it is freely possible to stay till 90 days in half a year. And if you decide finally to move to the foreign nest, you at once receive residence permit.
