You receive high-quality housing for this money (probably not secondary), opportunity at any convenient time to have a rest on the sea coast, the excellent service, about 300 sunny days in a year and it is a lot of other pleasant aspects. The second question interesting us is a registration of real estate abroad. Certainly, upon apartment purchase you should pass a number of procedures in Turkey and to prepare necessary papers, but as a whole all this won't be more difficult, than apartment purchase in Russia. Perhaps, the biggest plus of purchase of housing in comparison with many other countries is in Turkey that neither to you, nor your relatives don't need the visa. In the country it is freely possible to stay till 90 days in half a year. And if you decide finally to move to the foreign nest, you at once receive residence permit. The residence permit or once turns out in the Turkish Embassy on the Homeland and then is prolonged in Turkey, or at once it turns out in Turkey. Besides, in five years of stay in the country (at least on half a year in a year) you will be able to expect receipt of nationality.
