В Стамбуле продолжают ломать дома

В Кючюкчекмедже, одном из самых внушительных районов Стамбула по количеству жителей, продолжается запланированный снос старых зданий. До октября текущего года будет снесено порядка полутора тысяч домов.

Все жилье, предназначенное под снос, является старым и не сейсмоустойчивым, поэтому, согласно с планом муниципального строительства, оно подлежит уничтожению. На освободившихся местах будут построены новые, современные жилые комплексы, причем с учетом максимальной защиты от землетрясений.

Напомним, Кючюкчекмедже — один из самых привлекательных районов Стамбула для покупки недвижимости. Стоимость жилья там неуклонно растет, поскольку муниципалитет Стамбула весьма активно занимается благоустройством этой перспективной части города.
