Туристы полюбили турецкий Музей сыра

В турецкой провинции Карс, в поселке Богатепе, находится Музей сыра. Необычной культурный объект основали на базе местной сыроварни, сыр в которой делают по старинным рецептам уже третий век. В музее посетители могут увидеть старинные приспособления для изготовления сыра, а также узнать историю сыроварения в этой турецкой провинции и даже древние рецепты, по которым сыр изготавливался десятки лет назад.

В поселке производят 32 вида сыра, посетителям музея предлагают их попробовать. Ранее музей посещали в основном жители Турции, но сейчас становится все больше иностранных гостей. Особенно нравится этот музей туристам из России и Германии.
