В поездах Турции провоз велосипедов теперь бесплатный

В поездах Турции больше не будут взымать плату за провоз велосипедов. Об этом заявили в управлении железных дорог страны. Льгота введена по просьбе федерации велоспорта Турции, которая уже достаточно давно добивалась этого. Ранее велосипеды считались дополнительным багажом и их перевозку нужно было отдельно оплачивать. Теперь велосипеды можно провозить бесплатно.

Но одно ограничение все же сохранилось. В поезда пассажиров с велосипедами не пускают в часы-пик: с 7 до 8:30 утра и с 16:00 до 19:30 вечера.

Все новые правила касаются и высокоскоростных поездов. Меры введены для популяризации в Турции велоспорта — сейчас в стране это направление развивается очень активно, строится огромное количество велодорожек.
