A classic car festival took place in Istanbul! 387
Last weekend, Istanbul hosted the Classic Car Festival and the cars of Harry Potter and Batman were shown. The event was held for the first time and collectors of antique cars from all around the world came to Turkey to see it.
At the exhibition, more than 500 cars from 1886 to 1980 were presented. The rarest exhibit was the Cord 810 Westchester. And the most popular one was the Cadillac V16 Coupe of 1930 which costs about a million dollars.
The "father of cars" German Carl Benz, whose speed is up to 14.5 km per hour was at the exhibition.
Also, the Batmobile from Batman and Ford Anglia (1965) from Harry Potter were shown at the festival.
The Federation of Antique Cars which are the organizers, are planning to hold the festival regularly.
