Games without age ratings will be automatically considered adult content. Platforms will be required to remove content that does not comply with classification rules.

Users under 15 will face access restrictions on social media platforms. For older minors, special protected modes will apply, including:
- Screen time limits

- Spending and usage monitoring tools
⚠ Heavy penalties for violations
Companies that fail to comply may face fines of up to 3% of global turnover. In repeated cases, additional measures such as access speed restrictions may be imposed.
Authorities say the package is designed to strengthen social protection, improve child safety, and increase accountability across digital and public sectors.
